The Coming Beast: United Nations Army

There are a lot of things taking place in the world today, and all of them we perceive what the news wants us to perceive. But there are different things taking place that we need to understand. There is a lot intrigue and background that most people really don't realize.

(noting the current news of the time)

We're going to look at some prophecies today. The Catholic Church has started more wars, have killed more people than any other organization in the world.

There was a program on A & E on the Vatican, and it was a whitewash for the pope. If you're really going to do anything on the Vatican you ought to stand up and say how abominable all these idols are, and how treacherous that setup really is. In Rev. 18 it talks about Babylon once she's destroyed:

Revelation 18:23: "And never again shall the light of a lamp shine in you; and never again shall the voices of bridegroom and bride be heard in you; for your merchants were the great ones of the earth, and by your sorcery all nations were deceived. And in her the blood of prophets and saints was found, and the blood of all those who were slain on the earth" (vs 23-24).

That's a pretty heavy sentence! Go back and look at situations that America hasn't gotten involved in, and it's because the Catholic Church didn't want them to. There is so much that we don't even know.

Let's look at the system that we're going to be facing in Babylon the Great and what's going to happen, and how that fits into the United Nations and what's going to happen with that. Let's understand something concerning the beast. Most people don't realize it, but the beast has been here all the way along, because the power behind the beast is Satan the devil.

Revelation 12:1: "Then there appeared a great wonder in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and having the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars." In prophecy this the coming Bride of Christ. In other words, the whole plan of God typified in this one summary verse.

Verse 2: "And being with child, she cried in travail, and was in pain to deliver." Jesus was born through a woman of Israel. As we will see, the prophecy narrows down to one woman, the virgin; not avirgin. He was of the seed of woman, there was no man involved' it was God the Father.

Verse 3: "And another sign was seen in heaven: and behold, a great red dragon… [Satan the devil] …having seven heads and ten horns…" He always has 7 heads and 10 horns; the reason is that 7 is the number of perfect, but in this case it's the perfection of evil, not good. Ten shows that he always operates in 7 and 10. Prophecies in Daniel has 7 and 10; prophecies in Rev 13 is 7 and 10; Rev. 17 is 7 and 10. That is the identifying mark of Satan's system.

"…and seven crowns on his heads" (v 3). Then it gives a summary of what happened before creation. This prophecy is really an outline beginning from creation right down to where the Church suffers persecution. Part of it goes a place of safety and so forth.

Verse 4: "And his tail swept away a third of the stars of heaven, and cast them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to deliver, so that he might devour her child when she gave birth."

You can go back to the Gospels and pick up all the details how God spared and saved Christ from Herod and warned Joseph to flee to Egypt and all of those things.

Verse 5: "And she gave birth to a man Child, Who was to shepherd all the nations with a rod of iron…" that's very quick summary of the whole purpose as to why Christ was born.

"…and her Child was caught up to God and His throne" (v 6). That is a whole summary of the life, the ministry, the death and resurrection of Christ, right there!

It starts out as the Bride of Christ—spiritual Israel—and then down to Mary for the physical child to be born—Christ—fulfilling the promise given to Abraham: of your seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. Then His whole ministry and ascension into heaven to be caught up to God's throne.

Verse 6: "And the woman… [now becomes the Church] …escaped into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there for a thousand two hundred and sixty days"—1260 years. This is the time in the wilderness… {note DVD: Israel of the Alps, produced by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church; I think they did a very good job in describing that time and what took place}

Now we come to a time just ahead of us. This has not yet occurred. This is why you can't take the book of Revelation and just read it straight through. The reason being is that you must have a good solid foundation in the rest of the Bible to know how these events come about as described in the rest of the Bible so you understand what is happening.

Especially here in Rev. 12, because it is so wide-sweeping in the whole thing that it is telling us, that it has to be summarized in these very quick verses.

Verse 7: "And there was war in heaven…" There have been other wars in heaven. We read during Daniel's time that he was praying and asking for help. Remember that Michael and Gabriel were fighting against the 'princes of Persia.' But this war in heaven, and exactly how that's going to take place…

Speculation: I said years ago that there would be a space station right above the earth and I believe the one who going to be the beast is going to go up there and he will be possessed of Satan the devil and that's when it's cast down. That's when the war begins. He escapes and comes back to the earth.

"…Michael and his angels warred against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels warred" (v 7). I believe at this time that's what's going to precipitate a lot of the heavenly signs.

Verse 8: "But they did not prevail, neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, the ancient serpent who is called the Devil and Satan, who is deceiving the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him" (vs 8-9).

Right at this point is where the Great Tribulation will begin. There's going to be just a little time before it begins, but it will begin shortly afterwards.

I do not know if this has to do with the deadly wound that was healed; Revelation 13:3: "And I saw one of his heads as if it were slain to death, but his deadly wound was healed; and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast."

Could it be that he receives a deadly wound while he's up there in the space station. This space station is going to have an awful lot to do with things going on, on the earth, sooner or later. Then he comes back and he's healed.

Verse 5: And a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies was given to him; and authority was given to him to continue for forty-two months"—that is after the deadly wound was healed.

Then he goes after the Church (Rev. 12). So, this is the official beginning of the Great Tribulation when Satan is cast down. The heat of the Tribulation begins shortly after that, because there's going to be a time of persecution before when 'all hell breaks loose.' Just like it was in Germany. Remember that there was a time of persecution against the Jews and all the dissidents in Germany, then the war began. Likewise it's going to be here with us.

Revelation 12:10: "And I heard a great voice in heaven say, 'Now has come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ because the accuser of our brethren has been cast down, who accuses them day and night before our God. But they overcame him through the blood of the Lamb, and through the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death" (vs 10-11).

There's going to be quite a martyrdom! I believe God is going to spare a lot of us seniors, but there are going to have to be those who are given the strength and power to stand up and speak and let it be known

• that the pope is an agent of the devil
• that God's way is true
• that Christ is coming
• that they're not going to submit to the world government

which it will then be pretty much in power on the earth.

Verse 12: "'Therefore, rejoice you heavens and those who dwell in Them. Woe to those who inhabit the earth and the sea! For the Devil has come down to you, having great wrath because he knows that he has only a short time.' And when the dragon saw that he was cast down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who had brought forth the man-Child" (vs 12-13).

This tells us that there will be a persecution before there is the time of war against the Church. When that persecution comes, then there will be the time of going to the place of safety. God is going to make the selection as to who is going to go.

Verse 14: "And two wings of a great eagle were given to the woman, so that she might fly to her place in the wilderness, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent." The reason that this is different from the 1,260 days that we read earlier in v 6 is that it's two different time periods. That's why God expresses it in different ways. 'Time, times and half a time' is three and half years.

Verse 15: "And the serpent cast water out of his mouth as a river, so that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood. But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed up the river that the dragon had cast out of his mouth. Then the dragon was furious… [he had great wrath to begin with, now he's even more angry] …with the woman and went to make war with the rest of her seed, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" (vs 15-17).

'Remnant' in the King James and in English means the lesser amount left over from a bigger amount. In the Greek it means the others with no distinction of remnant at all. So, there could actually be more left behind to go through the Tribulation than those who go into a place of safety. So, there could actually be more left behind to go through Tribulation than those who go into a place of safety.

Let's look at some other things and see how all of these things come together. We're going to do an overview of Dan. 7.

Daniel 7:3—this was the vision that Daniel had: "And four great beasts came up from the sea…" We're going to see how similar this is to Rev. 13. But what we have here are the world-ruling kingdoms from the time of Daniel until the return of Christ. When we get to Rev. 17 & 13 we have the final end-time empire. This gives us the historic projection down to that time.

Verse 4: "The first was like a lion and had eagle's wings. I watched until its wings were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on its feet like a man. And a man's heart was given to it." I believe that this is Nebuchadnezzar's repentance.

Verse 5: "And behold another beast, a second, like a bear. And it raised itself up on one side, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. And this was said to it: 'Arise, eat up much flesh.'" This is the Persian Empire that came after it.

It think most people have understood these coming down through time, because God wanted it understood. That's why these can be identified and why it's in the book of Daniel.

Verse 6: "After this I saw, and lo, another beast, like a leopard, which had four wings of a bird on its back. The beast also had four heads and dominion was given to it." This is Alexander the Great whose empire, when he died, collapsed into four separate sections of which Ptolemies in Egypt and Euclids in Syria were the two predominate kingdoms.

Verse 7: "After this I looked in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, frightening and terrifying, and exceedingly strong. And it had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the rest with its feet. And it was different from all the beasts before it; and it had ten horns." What we have here, when you look at this, is seven heads and ten horns. Again, identifying Satan's kingdom.
Verse 8: "As I was considering the horns, behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before whom three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things." Many people believe that this is the Vatican. That's what the Seventh-Day Adventists basically believe. I don't believe this is. I believe this is the last great beast!

Let's see the interpretation of it, v 16: "And I came near to one of those who stood by and asked him the truth concerning all this. So, he told me and made me know the interpretation of the things. 'These great beasts, which are four, are four kings that shall arise out of the earth. But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, even forever and ever.' Then I desired to know the truth concerning the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful, whose teeth were of iron and his nails of brass; who devoured, broke in pieces, and stamped the rest with his feet; and of the ten horns that were on his head, and of the other horn which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth speaking very boastful things, whose appearance was greater than his fellows" (vs 16-20).

In each case these horns are a civil government.

Verse 21: "I watched, and that same horn made war with the saints and overcame them." We're going to see that there's another agency that works with it (Rev. 13).

Verse 22: "Until the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the Most High. And the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom." Again, this little horn comes up right at the end.

Verse 23: "Thus he said, 'The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be different from all the other kingdoms and shall devour the whole earth, and shall trample it and break it in pieces." This is the Roman Empire.

I think that the way we've understood it in the past, with each one of these revivals of the Holy Roman Empire, it had an emperor who was coronated by the pope. I think the way it was understood in the past is pretty well correct. Then I think some of the understanding sort of diminished.

Verse 24: "And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise…. [in succession] …And another shall arise after them. And he shall be different from the first, and he shall subdue three kings." Exactly how that's going to take place, I don't know.

You can apply this to the taking down of the Goths, the Visigoths and the Ostrogoths as three nations that were taken down at that time. That's a possibility. But maybe at the end-time it will have a little different application than then. Remember, you have type and antitype, so it could be.

Verse 25: "And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change the set times and the laws. And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and one-half time…. [3-1/2 years right at the end] …But the judgment shall sit, and his dominion shall be taken away to be consumed and to be destroyed unto the end. And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, Whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. And all kingdoms shall serve and obey Him" (vs 25-27).

So, this takes us right up to the end-time! We get the understanding in the book of Revelation as to how this is going to come about at the end-time. Now we are looking at the end-time fulfillment, and Rev. 17 brings us up to the point where we go through seven of the ten horns, and the Rev. 13 brings us to the very last end-time Beast Power.

Revelation 17:1: "And one of the seven angels who had the seven vials came and spoke with me, saying to me, 'Come here; I will show you the judgment of the great whore who sits upon many waters.'"

Verse 15: "Then he said to me, 'The waters that you saw, where the whore sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages.'"

Verse 18: "And the woman whom you saw is the great city that has royal power over the kings of the earth." There's only one city that does that, and that is Rome!

Verse 2: "With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and those who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication." That's what's happening today with all the ecumenical movement.

Also there is a political movement behind the scenes that is happening and is now going to start taking place with greater and greater frequency as we see how Europe and the papacy comes up.

Let's look at this cup, and it's going to happen to all nations.

Jeremiah 25:13: "'And I will bring on that land all My words which I have spoken against it, all that is written in this book which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations. For many nations and great kings shall make them slaves, also. And I will repay them according to their deeds, and according to the works of their own hands.' For thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, to me, 'Take the wine cup of this wrath at My hand, and cause all the nations to whom I shall send you to drink it. And they shall drink, and reel to and fro, and be crazed because of the sword that I will send among them.' Then I took the cup at the LORD'S hand, and made all the nations drink, to whom the LORD had sent me" (vs 13-17).

Then it lists all the nations. So, all nations are going to drink of this religious and political cup! This is basically a 'religious' cup, but you know that politics follows behind it because the woman in Rev. 17 is 'riding the beast' and committing fornication with the beast.

Verse 26: "And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world, which are on the face of the earth; and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them." Sheshach has never been found in history, so this has got to mean the last Beast Power. They're going to drink!

Verse 30: "And prophesy against them all these words, and say to them, 'The LORD shall roar from on high, and utter His voice from His Holy habitation. He shall mightily roar over His dwelling place. He shall give a shout, like those who tread out grapes, against all the people of the earth.'" Tie that in with Rev. 14, then He harvests the grapes of the earth and puts them in the 'winepress of His wrath.'

Verse 31: "'A noise shall come to the ends of the earth; for the LORD has a controversy with the nations; He will plead with all flesh. He will give those who are wicked to the sword,"' says the LORD. Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'Behold, evil shall go forth from nation to nation, and a great whirlwind shall be stirred up from the farthest corners of the earth. And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth; they shall not be mourned, nor gathered, nor buried. They shall be as dung on the ground'" (vs 31-33).

So, all the nations are going to drink of this. If you've seen a copy of the Euro dollar, it has a picture of a woman riding a bull. Those who have eyes to see, see! Those who have ears to hear, hear! Other people will say that's just a coincidence. I don't think it's a coincidence. The crown on her head also has 12 stars, an imitation of Israel.

Revelation 17:3: "Then he carried me away in the spirit to a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet beast that had seven heads and ten horns, full of names of blasphemy." The system follows all the way through.

This picks up where Dan. 7 leaves off and helps fill it in, v 4: "And the woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and was adorned with gold and pearls and precious stones; and she had a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominations and the filthiness of her fornication; and across her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT…" (vs 4-5).

Read the book The Two Babylons by Alexander Hislop. If you don't you don't have a clue as to what this is referring to.

"…THE MOTHER OF THE HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH" (v 5). What we need to understand is that all religions that we know today basically originated or were reinforced and reinvigorated in Babylon, therefore, it refers back to Babylon. Buddhism came out of Babylon, Catholicism, Judaism, a reinvigorated Mithraism, and that's why she is "…THE MOTHER OF THE HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."

Verse 6: "And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints…" She figured it with success. The way to cleanse the earth from evil is to get rid of the saints.

"…and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And after seeing her, I wondered with great amazement" (v 6). Of course you would, as Paul said that we'll see in a little bit. So, the mystery of iniquity does already work! Satan has been wanting to do this all along, but it's not time until God says it's time, then it will happen!

Verse 7: "Then the angel said to me, 'Why are you amazed? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns. The beast that you saw was, and is not, but is about to come up out of the abyss and to go into perdition….'" (vs 7-8).

The beast that was and is not has to relate directly to the United Nations, because a beast is a nation or kingdom that has land, a political system, citizen and merchandizing and trading. The beast that was and is not, and yet, is, is one that has all the functions of it, but it doesn't have those prerequisites.

"…And those who dwell on the earth, whose names are not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world…" (v 8). We need to know, and we need to watch and see how things are coming so that we will understand.

"…shall be astonished when they see the beast that was, but is not, and yet, is. Here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits. And there are seven kings; five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he has come, it is ordained that he remain a little while" (vs 8-10).

I believe that we had that exactly correct with the taking down of the three kingdoms, the Goths, Visigoths and the Ostrogoths, so these seven heads become the last seven horns of Dan. 7.

Verse 10: "And there are seven kings; five are fallen, and one is, and the other has not yet come; and when he has come…" I think that we understand that correctly; that that had to do with Hitler rising up, and there is one more to come. When he comes he must continue a short space.

Verse 11: "And the beast that was, and is not, he is also the eighth, and is from the seven, and goes into perdition." So, the eighth one is a new beginning! That's what the United Nations is going to do, has been doing; a new beginning for mankind. But it is of the seven, because all the civilizations of the world are going to be involved (Rev. 13).

Verse 12: "And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings, who have not yet received a kingdom, but shall receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast." That's why we need to understand that the UN has the world broken down into ten regions. These are kings that have "…who have not yet received a kingdom, but shall receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast" for the purpose of fighting against Christ.

In the past we used to say, let's look for ten kings. We even said that we might have five out of Western Europe and five out of Eastern Europe. But these only come on the scene for "…one hour with the beast."

Verse 13: "These all have one mind, and shall give up their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, but the Lamb shall overcome them…" (vs 13-14)—right at the end, and we will see where that takes place.

Revelation 16:12: "And the sixth angel poured out his vial into the great river Euphrates; and its waters were dried up, so that the way of the kings from the rising of the sun might be prepared. Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet… [out of Satan, the beast and the false prophet] ….for they are spirits of demons working miracles, going forth to the kings of the earth, even of the whole world, to gather them together to the battle of that great day of the Almighty God" (vs 12-14).

That's when they fight Christ! These kings are not made kings until that time.

The movie Independence Day shows where all the world's armies were gathered to fight the invasion from outer space. Satan is already programming the minds of people to accept these things. They're going to fight Christ. Let's see how this is going to be fulfilled, and I think this is going to be really astounding when we get to it.

Notice how Rev. 13 ties in with Dan. 7, that he stood on the sea and saw rise out of the sea; Revelation 13:1: "And I stood on the sand of the sea; and I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast that I saw was like a leopard…" (vs 1-2).

This combines everything of Dan. 7. So, all of what is considered the greatness of these past ancient civilizations are being all amalgamated into a whole one-world government, and it is going to come! It is going to give strength to the UN. Whoever comes out to be the top leader of the UN will be that beast!

"…and his feet like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion; and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne and great authority" (v 2).

Remember when Jesus was tempted, what did Satan say to Him? He took Jesus up on a high mountain and said, 'See all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them, in a moment of time. If you will worship me all shall be Yours!

That is how we can identify those leading powers in the world that are directly serving Satan the devil. It is the mystery of iniquity so they don't wear a sign saying 'I am a satanist.' They don't wear a sign saying, 'I am serving Satan the devil.' That's how we can identify those who are worshipping Satan directly and taking orders from him. They are the

• great ones of the earth
• the rich ones of the earth
• the merchants of the earth
• the great religious leaders of the earth

Verse 3: "And I saw one of his heads as if it were slain to death, but his deadly wound was healed…"

I have said in the past that perhaps he gets his deadly wound up in the space station and then comes back to the earth and is healed. Possible! I've heard people say that this applies to a country and Germany was devastated and now it's back again and it's united, so the deadly wound was healed. Then you could also say the same thing happened to the Soviet Union. It's been taken down and if it builds back up then that deadly wound is healed.
You can go back and forth on these things, so we have to wait and really understand when it takes place.

"…and the whole earth was amazed and followed the beast. And they worshiped the dragon…" (vs 3-4). That's why we're getting into more and more…

I saw on television witchcraft being shown. Of course, you couldn't get in there and preach the Gospel, but sure enough you can show witchcraft. We're seeing more and more occult and satanism, and that's what's going to happen with the ecumenical movement. They're beginning to worship the dragon! It will come out more and more that that they will leave off Jesus Christ, even the Protestants and Catholics will. It will go more to Mary and to the 'mother goddess' and satanism!

"…who gave his authority to the beast. And they worshiped the beast, saying, 'Who is like the beast?….'" (v 4). He's going to be a great and unusual individual.

Paul tells us about this beast; "…Who is like the beast?…." He is going to be singularly the most profound and unusual man to ever come on the scene in the entire world. I do believe that he is going to make Adolph Hitler look like kindergarten.

2-Thessalonians 2:1: "Now, we beseech you, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, that you not be quickly shaken in mind, nor be troubled—neither by spirit, nor by word… [a message] …nor by epistle, as if from us, saying that the day of Christ is present. Do not let anyone deceive you by any means because that day will not come unless the apostasy shall come first…" (vs 1-3)—meaning they are going to leave the true God, even a misconception of the true God is going to be left out.

It will be wholly substituted with the worship of the beast and the dragon! All of these religions that unite will not realize that that's going to be the ultimate that will happen until they're taken down that road and there's no recourse left. "…the apostasy shall come first…" a completed future prophetic event! We're seeing it develop right now, and they want to accelerate it!

When I was in Dayton, there was a group of Baptists staying in the same hotel that we were staying in and they had hundreds of them there. They were all there for a Saturday ecumenical religious meeting at the University of Dayton, which is a Catholic institution. That follows right in line with what we read of the ecumenism; never on a Sunday, because the Sunday would have been Easter, so they don't want to share it with those people at that time. So, they do it the day before.

I looked at some of these kids and they're just totally oblivious! They have no clue as to what they're getting into, except that they will have good time. All of these is going to be based upon emotion, which is going to play a great part in it; how people feel! It won't be based on Truth! It will be based upon what they see, and the seeing will give them emotions.

As I have explained, we're all setup for this by the advertisements that are on TV and radio. It is all geared the emotion, so that you accept your emotion as fact. That's why in the ecumenical movement, doctrine makes no difference. You believe what you want to believe and we'll believe what we want to believe. 'By the way, we'll take that away later on, just give us time.' They don't tell you that, but that's the unheard message.

You get in there and you feel good and you have a good time. That's what happened to all these kids going to the University of Dayton. It was just like when the pope came to St. Louis; everyone was there and all those interview said:

• oh, it was great to be here
• what a great feeling this is
• the hair on the back of my neck stood up
• it was such an emotional thing for me
• the pope went right by me and gave me a blessing
• I just had tears running down my eyes

the fact is

• it was idolatry
• it was human worship
• he's an agent of Satan the devil

But the emotions said, 'It feels good; it's got to be right!' "…the man of sin shall be revealed—the son of perdition."

Notice that we've never had any man on the earth who has done this, v 4: "The one who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is an object of worship; so that he comes into the temple of God and sits down as God… [even the pope doesn't do that, he says he's the 'vicar of Christ'] …proclaiming that he himself is God."

He is going to go into the temple of God that the Jews are going to build in Jerusalem. That has to be finished first. But you're going to see that that's going to be a small, pitiful little temple, and they'll be able to build it in pretty rapid time. So, when they start building it, you know it's getting close at hand.

We've never had a man to come and say, 'I am God!' This is going to be astounding! But at that point the world will be willing to accept it.

Verse 5: "Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I told you these things? And now you understand what is holding him back in order for him to be revealed in his own set time" (vs 5-6). So, there is a set specific time that this is going to happen. It is a one-time event in the history of the world that is going to happen.

Verse 7: "For the mystery of lawlessness is already working… [it's going to deceive the whole world] …only there is One Who is restraining at the present time until it arises out of the midst. And then the lawless one will be revealed…" (vs 7-8). For those who eyes to see and ears to hear, they will know; the rest of the world won't.

"…(whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth, and will destroy with the brightness of His coming); even the one whose coming is according to the inner working of Satan…" (vs 8-9).

That's why it says in Rev. 13 that they 'worship the dragon, who gives power to the beast, and they worship the beast saying, 'Who is like the beast?' There's never been a man like this, never! So, when he comes on the earth, it's going to be something!

"…with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in those who are perishing because they did not receive the love of the Truth, so that they might be saved" (vs 9-10).

Here is a great, great lesson for us and all of those who consider themselves to be true Christians. Do you love the Truth of God? You're going to have to! We can rephrase this another way: Which part of the Word of God do you esteem the least? We need to, all of us, ask that question! You think on that and search the Scriptures and find out that you have or are doing that is contrary to the Word of God, which then means you esteem it the least.

We've got to love the Truth, especially since we have the whole Truth given to us. I've said it how many times? When we live in a time of peace, and we've got all the Word of God, and God is judging us on:

• what we're doing with it
• how much we love it
• how much we love Him
• how much we live by it
• whether we're willing to really let the Word of God, with the Holy Spirit:
• lead us
• teach us
• be in our mind
• be in our heart

When this comes on the scene, if you don't love the Truth then you stand a chance of being deceived. That's what it's squarely saying here.

Verse 11: "And for this cause God will send upon them a powerful deception… [all based on emotion and feeling] …that will cause them to believe the lie, so that all may be judged who did not believe the Truth, but who took pleasure in unrighteousness" (vs 11-12). That's why they say, 'Who is like unto the beast?'

Revelation 13:4: "'…Who has the power to make war against him?'…. [this ties right in with 2-Thess. 2]: …And a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies… [because he exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshipped as God] …was given to him; and authority was given to him to continue for forty-two months" (vs 4-5)—continue living after the deadly wound is healed. So, he's actually going to be around longer than 42 months. Forty-two months always depicts evil! It's approximately three and a half years.

Verse 6: "And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. And he was given power to make war against the saints, and to overcome them; and he was given authority over every tribe and language and nation. And all who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If anyone has an ear, let him hear" (vs 6-9).

Let's go back and let's look at v 4 again; "'…Who has the power to make war against him?'" What if all the nations of the world agreed to give control of their nuclear arms to the United Nations? All the armies of the nations of the world are being taken down, down, downand made fewer and smaller! That's why you have to have the NATO army go in and do the things that they are doing, because it combines many armies together.

That's why all of these little regional conflicts. The UN Secretary General says that he approves of what NATO is doing, because they want to have an army. The army is going to be such, as it says: Revelation 13:4: "'…Who has the power to make war against him?'"

A high-ranking United Nations official recently admitted that the folks who want to rule the world want the world to give them an army.

Just like everything else, once you have a front-man like the UN leader and you know that he can't really do anything as a person—he's just a front-man—so they have a man behind the scenes running everything. Remember, the UN is all bureaucratic and bureaucracies bring in dictatorships.

…operations, told a South Korean news agency that the UN needs, what he calls, a standby army right now as an interim measure until it can overcome the opposition from the United States for full-scale standing army.

There's a reason why the United States is standing in the breach:

• we have a population who is not easily swayed when it comes to some of these things
• the United States is really the last place on earth where the Gospel is really being preached in any form or substance

In various nations of the world they are burning Bibles. They are crucifying those who claim to be Christians. So, there is trouble in the world everywhere.

So they want an army, and every time we go in, what happens? We fail! Why? Because we can't get enough authority to really do the job and take care of the enemy! That is designed for a purpose: so that people will agree to a UN army.

Under Choi's plan creating the UN standby army would require some 70 different nations to supply 100,000 troops to help enforce UN rules and regulations.

Seventy times 100,000 is 7-million!

They will swear allegiance to no country, but to the UN.

Let's understand that in WWII the maximum number of men who were under arms for the United States was 12-million. So, a 7-million man army is a huge army!

Choi said that over the long term he would like to see the establishment of a UN standing army, but the more likely immediate scenario would be the creation of a standby army system built around regional interests.

Now you see why NATO was endorsed by the UN.

Choi's system arrangement: UN member countries would set aside a certain number of troops to serve as a form of a standing army capable of intervening in regional conflicts under the direction of the UN Security Council.

Let's understand something about the UN Security Council. They have five permanent members. They have been thinking of adding two more—Germany and Japan—which would make it seven. Those are the ones who would really need the Security Council. They others are only on there to placate other lesser countries with lesser power. And all of those seats rotate.

So, you would have seven there, which would be the seven heads! Then you have the ten regions, which would be the ten horns! Now you're going to have an army to instill its will. Now you have a beast who was and is not, yet, is! 'Who can make war against the beast?'

Choi's call for a UN army capable of a capacity seems to confirm the charges by UN critics that the international body is a lot more than just a diplomatic forum.

Yes! Then they cover some of the warning, which were give many, many years ago that they will eventually have an army. 'No, you're just a crackpot; anyone who says that the UN is going to do this is nuts.'

Let's understand something else, there is a World Court. That is all based on the Noahide Laws, all laid out. If you don't believe, get on the Internet and Google: Jews for Judaism, Noachide children and Noahide Laws and you will see it.

• Why do they need a World Court? So they can prosecute those that the world army arrests!
• Who are they going to arrest? The true Christians who will not submit to the system!

Two years ago the world's commission on world governance.

Meaning they're setting up a World Government. I said this a few years ago; I didn't know that they issued this report. I said that one thing to watch out for was when the UN gets direct taxes. So, they have a report for imposing global taxes to fund the UN operations. Then they can be a full-fledged operating beast, because no one can withhold funds from them like the United States has done. The United States is not willing to go along with a certain will of the UN, so they say they're not going to pay until you pay your policies.

If adopted, the tax would be applied to international airline tickets and every financial transaction involving the conversion of one countries currency to another.

Of course, just like our income tax, 'it will never be more than one percent.'

With the passage of time and growing acceptance of the United Nations by western political leaders, the prospect of global governance by an council of international leaders appears increasingly likely.

The official position of the United States mission to the United States opposes a permanent standing army, but actions by the Bill Clinton administration brought that position into question.

Why? Because he is the global, internationalist boy! That's how he's gotten along with so much, because he gets along with them. He sent troops to Haiti; that was a United Nations effort. He sent troops to Yugoslavia. He said, 'We don't intend to send in troops.'

This article talks about a global financial crisis is a prelude to change. We've mentioned before about all the prosperity in America. But all of that can change, because our money is just paper money, held together by the belief in nothing. As long as you think nothing is something, you will accept it. They could turn the United States into an Indonesia in nothing flat!

When you count up all the debt that everybody has just in America it's trillions of dollars. They could bring about an economic thing that could happen so quickly that it would make your head swim. All the banks have that in the 'asset' column. If you have a note for a hundred thousand dollars, you have an asset for a hundred thousand dollars on paper, but that doesn't mean you're ever going to collect it.

That's why they will have to have the army to come in possess. That's why the United States is the last bastion of financial anything in the world, because they have made it that way. But look out, something is going to happen, terrible times are coming.

The Third Way to the Rescue

It is the difference between liberals and conservatives.

President Bill Clinton participated in a panel on The Third Way in New York City. British Prime Minister Tony Blair and his Labor Party counterpart and fellow Bilderberger, flew in from London to attend, as well, as did the leaders of Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, and the old paradigm of liberal and conservative is giving way to a new Third Way.

George W. Bush is a 'Third Wayer'! He placates both sides and walks down the middle. He's a global elitist from way back.

They say that this is a new model of government that is sweeping Europe and was embodied in Bill Clinton's policies.

So, the Third Wayers are the new political system, halfway between capitalism and communism, which just fits right in with the pope's desire to share wealth on the earth.

We need a new international agency [economic] which will redistribute the wealth and that will be the 'name of the game.'

Global Crisis will Fail to Achieve Socialist's Dream

The Third Way seeks to bring socialism to the international level. This would be the crowning achievement of their long endeavor to unite the world under one socialist government dominated by a small group of politicrat elite.

Then they name it the Fourth Reich of the rich, which a book written years ago called Fourth Reich of the Rich by Des Griffin warning of this.

Let's look into this new economic system that they're going to bring about, so we have a new political system and a new economic system. Let's continue the rest of the story:

Revelation 13:11: "And I saw another beast rising out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, but spoke like a dragon; and he exercises all the authority of the first beast before him; and he causes the earth and those who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he performs great wonders, so that he even causes fire to come down to the earth from heaven in the sight of men" (vs 11-13).

All emotional! All visual! Now you get your emotions involved!

Verse 14: "And he deceives… [because they don't love the Truth] …those who dwell on the earth by means of the wonders that were given to him to perform in the sight of the beast, saying to those who dwell on the earth…" This is going to be overwhelming event that is just going to sweep the whole world.

"…that they should make an image for the beast, which had the wound by the sword, yet, was alive" (v 14). I imagine they'll sell little idols, tee-shirts, earrings, necklaces, rings, photos and the whole thing.

Verse 15: "And he was given power to give life to the image of the beast…" When people who are all technologically involved see that something that is not a technological thing lives and moves and talks, then they're going to be astounded.

 "…so that the image of the beast also could speak; and he causes everyone who will not worship the image of the beast to be killed" (v 15). There's the martyrdom of the saints! They'll be marched up there with UN soldiers on each side and you're going to be given an opportunity like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego to bow down and worship this beast or it's going to be 'sayonara.' They will run you over to the guillotine and remove your head so they can have your body for body parts.

Verse 16: "And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bond, to receive a mark in their right hands, or in their foreheads so that no one may have the ability to buy and sell unless he has the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let the one who has understanding count the number of the beast; for it is a man's number, and his number is 666" (vs 16-18).

There was a series on A&E on The Nature of Money. That was really very eye-opening! The last part of it showed all money is becoming digital. That means you do things through computers or your iPhone. Even if you have a check, it is still digital. Every credit card or debit card is all digital.

What they're having problems with is stealing identities. That's a big problem! Being able to take credit cards and things like taking money. They're having billions of dollars of crime committed. They're devising various ways of identifying who you are, because with billions of people on the earth and everybody has credit or debit cards, they need to know if you are the person.

Technology is really something! The mark of the beast cannot be any natural phenomena of your body, because that cannot be a mark, even though they may use it in conjunction with the mark.

They're working on eye-technology, so when you draw out money from an ATM and you put in your pin code the little camera looks right into your eye and identify if this is you. If it's proper, then out comes your money.

They're going to make more full proof by taking away the card. They're going to issue you a new number. It's not your social security number or any of the numbers you have now, because you have to have a whole new system. What this whole new system they're going to devise is this: it will be connected with the identification of the left eye and they will implant the chip right above your left eyebrow on your forehead.

On the report the man said it as if it was the greatest thing that ever come along. No more stealing, thievery, false identification; what is yours is yours. You can draw your money out and nobody else can get it out of your account. We know who you are and who everybody else is. If you don't have it, you can't buy or sell!

This is why the pope is going to endorse it, because it's going to help redistribute the wealth to the poor, so they can walk up and get whatever they need.

There are devises on the freeway tolls where you can have a barcode (prepaid) on your windshield and you can just zip right through and not stop. That's only part of it; that in itself is not wrong. But all this does is move the technology to the final system, which I just explained to you.

All the children in schools are being programmed to accept this. The United States is the last place in the world where these things are being resisted. I think it's all because of the Truth of God and the preaching of the Gospel. You're going to given a choice, you're going to worship the image of the beast and then a choice after you have worshipped the image of the beast and you will be of a mindset to say yes and you will receive this little chip in your forehead.

The Greek is clear that it's upon, something exterior put upon. It will be enforced then. Before that there will be volunteers. Today you can volunteer to do certain things like having all of your bills paid out of your checking account if you want.

There will be volunteers who will say this is a good deal, 'I don't want to be bothered with all of this, let me go ahead and be one of the first ones.' There will be people who will do it.

In the last three and half years it will be enforced. You may have it like we have now with a card system, a cash system, plus the mark of the beast system all running concurrently. Then what you will do, those who volunteer is that if the end-time is going to be divided into two segments of 3-1/2 years apiece of peace and prosperity and then tribulation.

The first 3-1/2 years would be when you have people volunteering to go ahead and take the mark, they won't have to necessarily have to worship the beast at this particular point. They'll all be part of the system and wanting it. That will set the stage where you have a lot of people who have it and they can tell you that there are no problems, 'I have no problems with this. All my money is digitally transferred into my account and I have full access for it instantly. Don't have to worry about writing checks or someone stealing my identity, none of those things. This is a good thing.

I think there will be that time when it will be voluntary, but those who are true Christians will know not to ever get involved in letting them put it in your forehead or on your hand. Then it will come down to the time after the deadly wound is healed, and then they start with the persecution. Perhaps that is to make all those who didn't receive the mark of the beast either receive it or be killed.

It would seem to me that that's the way it would come. That's how they're going to have such acceptance of it. Even now they can voluntarily put implants in children so they can locate them.

That's how Satan does it, he inspires people to steal babies—kidnap them—and people will say 'we've go to stop this.' We have a sure plan, let's identify them! We've done it with our dogs and cats, and we've found every one of them.

Go back and add this to other things we've covered on this subject and it will give you a big picture of what's going to happen. This tells you that times ahead are going to happen. Once they get a UN army or UN taxing we're right close to the end!
